Team building employees of the Woensdrecht location
At SPECTO we believe not only in hard work, but also in building strong team bonds. Recently our team from the Woensdrecht (Hoogerheide) branch had a great team building outing in the area of Tholen. On our e-choppers we explored the beautiful surroundings, worked together on challenging assignments and ended the day with a delicious dinner.

Welcome to SPECTO!
In Q3 2024, Jochem and Sanne started as Maintenance Engineers at our location in Lelystad and Metin started as Composite Technician at our location in Hoogerheide. In the coming period, they will gain a lot of practical experience and will be further trained. We wish our new colleagues a lot of success!
What do our employees think?
We conducted an anonymous satisfaction survey among our employees in 2024. This showed that almost all employees are satisfied to very satisfied with SPECTO as an employer. We are very proud of this outcome! We also gained insight into the expectations of the employees and where we can still make improvements. We will certainly get to work on that!
Expansion of our location at Amsterdam Lelystad Airport
Due to the strong growth in orders, our location at Amsterdam Lelystad Airport has been expanded since September 2024 with a new hall (1200 m2) for the storage of to be repaired and repaired components of fixed wing aircrafts and for the radomes from our exchange program. The commissioning was celebrated with a delicious joint lunch in the new hall with the colleagues of this location.

We are proud of our Team that works to professionally repair the Radomes, Flight Control Surfaces, Structure & Nacelle Components entrusted to SPECTO on time. That's why we have recently invested in extra tool trolleys for several of Team members at our Fixed Wing Division in Amsterdam Lelystad Airport.
