What kind of employment does SPECTO offer?

We are committed to entering into a sustainable partnership. For this you will be employed directly by SPECTO. A contract for permanent employment can be preceded by an annual contract first.

What do you evaluate during the interviews?

During job interviews we look for a possible long-term match. We assess you on passion, drive and ownership. We want colleagues who want to develop and make a positive contribution to our teams.

Do you offer remote work?

We mainly work on location in our workshops and offices. You can choose to work 40 hours per week or 36 hours (4x9 hours). Working on location of our customers sometimes occurs. Working from home can be an option for some positions.

What are the possibilities to further develop yourself?

We think it is very important that you continue to develop, both personally and professionally. This can be done through training "on-the-job" or through internal and external courses and training. That will only make you and SPECTO better!
