SPECTO Aerospace specializes in the repair and processing of metal and composite parts for aircraft and helicopters. From our locations at Amsterdam Lelystad Airport and Hoogerheide, we perform certified work for renowned OEMs, operators, and maintenance companies worldwide. We are an EASA / CAA-UK / FAA / MAA Part-145 and AS9110 certified aircraft maintenance organization where craftsmanship, quality, and reliability are key.

Your challenge

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the operational execution of recruitment for both our locations. You ensure vacancies are visible, candidates are properly followed up, and hiring managers are supported in the day-to-day recruitment process. You work closely with the HR Team Lead, the HR team, and hiring managers. You will mainly work from our Lelystad location and, when necessary, be present at our Hoogerheide location, for example for interviews or events.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Drafting, publishing, and managing vacancy texts; posting vacancies via job boards (through the ATS) and actively contributing to recruitment campaigns via social media in collaboration with our Marketing & Communications Specialist

• Handling and following up on applications via Recruitee, selecting candidates, and conducting first interviews together with the hiring manager

• Aligning with the HR Team Lead and hiring managers on profiles, progress, and planning

• Representing SPECTO Aerospace at job fairs, internship markets, and events at MBO and HBO educational institutions

• Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the entire application process

• Ensuring accurate administrative handling within the ATS and maintaining our Werkenbijspecto website

• A salary in line with your experience of €3,000–€4,000 based on full-time employment

• Full travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

What do you bring?

• At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter, independently filling vacancies

• Experience in both agency and corporate recruitment, preferably within a technical or industrial environment

• Familiarity with Recruitee or a comparable ATS and other recruitment software

• Experience with social media recruitment and working with Canva

• Good command of Dutch and English, with a practical and independent working attitude

• Available for 24–28 hours per week and in possession of a Category B driving licence
