We specialize in repairing and processing composite and sheet metal parts for aircraft and helicopters. What will you do?

In this role, you are a key figure within our QHSE team. You work closely with the Safety & Compliance Manager and form a strong tandem with the Operations and Maintenance Managers in Woensdrecht and Lelystad. You are responsible for establishing, improving, and ensuring the vitality of our processes in the areas of quality, safety, health, environment, and sustainability, with our core values at the forefront. By providing QHSE-related training (which you help develop), you make people self-aware and grow their knowledge.

Specifically:

• You manage and develop our QHSE management system and ensure compliance with standards such as Part-145 and AS/EN 9110

• You play a central role in integrating and harmonizing systems and standards between our two locations

• You conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and ensure systematic follow-up of findings

• You make policies tangible: you write procedures that are understood and embraced by the people on the floor

• You observe, identify, and initiate improvements, whether it's related to safety, environmentally conscious behavior, or work processes

• Developing, maintaining, and organizing QHSE-related training, where you either deliver the training yourself or arrange it externally in consultation

• You act as a resource, coach, and connector: colleagues know how to reach you and want to collaborate with you

What do we offer you?

• A competitive salary between € 4,400 and € 5,600 gross per month for a full-time position (depending on experience)

• 8% holiday pay, a good pension according to the Metalektro collective labor agreement, 44 days off for a full-time position, a full travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer, and flexible working hours are negotiable

What do you bring?

• HBO level of education and thinking - preferably in Safety Science, Integral Safety, Engineering, or similar

• Experience in a maintenance or production environment, preferably in aviation or another regulated technical sector

• Knowledge of or experience with aviation standards such as Part-145 and AS/EN 9110 (preferred), and experience with conducting audits and improving processes

• Fluent in Dutch and English, independent, persuasive, approachable, and people-oriented

• Possession of a valid driver's license B
