Are you a driven HR & Office Assistant who enjoys working in a technical environment? Then we have good news for you! SPECTO Aerospace is looking for an HR & Office Assistant to strengthen our local HR team in Hoogerheide.
At SPECTO Aerospace, everything revolves around repairing helicopter and aircraft components in accordance with the high-quality standards of the aviation industry. We provide innovative repair solutions for composite components from our MRO facilities in Hoogerheide (for helicopters) and in Lelystad (for fixed-wing aircraft).
With a team of professionals, we work every day on high-quality and innovative solutions for our (international) clients in the aviation industry. For our location in Hoogerheide (Business Park Aviolanda), we are looking for a versatile and proactive HR & Office Assistant who combines HR responsibilities with operational support on the shop floor.
What will you do?
As an HR & Office Assistant, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR administration and support the HR department with various operational tasks at SPECTO Services in Hoogerheide. You will spend the majority of your time on HR activities such as personnel administration, absence management, onboarding, and local recruitment, and you will provide practical support in hiring and onboarding processes. In addition, you will be responsible for various office-related tasks, enabling your colleagues to focus on their core responsibilities.
The position is for 24–32 hours per week. You will support both the HR Business Partner and the Operations Manager at our Hoogerheide location. You are willing to travel occasionally to our Lelystad location, for example for a monthly meeting and during the initial onboarding phase.
Responsibilities
Carrying out HR tasks, including managing personnel files, processing changes, conducting absence meetings, maintaining absence records, processing salary adjustments, and acting as the local point of contact for HR matters
Supporting local recruitment activities, such as maintaining contact with schools, planning job events, and assisting with onboarding new employees
Performing administrative and operational office tasks, such as managing access passes, tokens and badges, tracking the issuance of company property, and scanning and archiving project documentation
Registering visitors, escorting visitors to and from the gate at Business Park Aviolanda, and facilitating their access to the building. In addition, answering phone calls and coordinating incoming questions or requests
Acting as the first point of contact for practical office and facility matters, such as reporting technical issues, coordinating minor repairs, and organizing facility support
Willingness to become or serve as a company emergency response officer (BHV) is considered an advantage
What can you expect?
A competitive salary between €3,000 and €3,800 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on experience, education, and age)

What do we expect from you as an HR & Office Assistant?
MBO level of education and thinking, preferably with a completed qualification in HR, Administration, or a related field
2 to 5 years of experience in a supporting HR role or a similar position, preferably within a technical environment
Excellent organizational skills, able to work in a structured manner and set priorities effectively
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility, a service-oriented attitude, accuracy, a solution-focused approach, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Experience with HR systems such as AFAS and knowledge of recruitment is considered an advantage
