At SPECTO Aerospace, for the "fixed wing" sector, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist who connects brand and growth. You visibly contribute to our commercial strength and never lose sight of the SPECTO story. In this role, you bring together strategy and execution. About SPECTO Aerospace

We are a specialist in repairing and processing metal and composite parts for airplanes and helicopters. In our locations at Amsterdam Lelystad Airport and Woensdrecht Air Base, we carry out certified work for renowned OEMs, Operators, and maintenance companies worldwide. We are an EASA/CAA-UK/FAA/MAA Part-145 and AS9110 certified aviation technical company, and our professionals are dedicated to innovation, quality, and reliability on a daily basis.

What will you do?

As a Marketing & Communication Specialist within the Marketing & Sales team, you will work on campaigns and content that contribute to our commercial success and our brand image. You translate technical information into accessible communication, create engaging and convincing stories, and help SPECTO grow with customers and talents.

You create and coordinate marketing materials that resonate. Sometimes seductive, sometimes informative, but always effective. You work closely with the Sales Team and directly contribute to customer acquisition and brand strengthening.

This means that you:

• conceptualize campaigns, write texts, and build visuals for social content, landing pages, newsletters, press releases, trade show materials, and employer branding

• analyze results and easily switch between strategy, creation, and coordination

• make a direct contribution to strengthening our brand position and generating new business.

• A competitive salary between € 3,900 and € 4,500 gross per month for a full-time position

• 8% holiday pay, a good pension in accordance with the Metalektro collective labor agreement, 44 days off for a full-time position, and a full travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer

What do you bring?

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication or similar and about 3 years of relevant work experience

• You are fluent in Dutch and English, have excellent communication skills, and combine creativity with structure, language sense, and result orientation

• You see commercial opportunities and know how to capitalize on them smartly, know how to touch and motivate people with text and visuals

• You have experience with Canva, Newsletter software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media, etc.

• You are someone who shows ownership, takes initiative, can think strategically, and can work both independently and easily with colleagues

• You have at least a driver's license B
