24 - 28 hours | Permanent | SPECTO Aerospace | Amsterdam Lelystad Airport (Lelystad)

Do you have demonstrable experience in both corporate recruitment and commercial employment mediation and do you know how to attract and inspire the best technical talent? As a Recruitment Business Partner, you are at home in the dynamics of recruitment within a technical environment. SPECTO Aerospace is looking for an independent and energetic Recruitment Business Partner who looks beyond standard solutions and continues to build on our recruitment and recruitment strategy.

SPECTO Aerospace is a specialist in the repair and processing of metal and composite parts for aircraft and helicopters. At our locations at Amsterdam Lelystad Airport and Woensdrecht Air Base, we carry out certified work for renowned OEMs, Operators and maintenance companies worldwide. We are an EASA/CAA-UK/FAA/MAA Part-145 and AS9110 certified aviation engineering company and our professionals are committed to innovation, quality and reliability every day.

Your challenge

In this versatile role, you are responsible for finding, inspiring and retaining technical talent from the Netherlands and the EU. You are a strategic and tactical partner for our HR Manager, the recruitment advisor for our hiring managers and an advisor to management. You take a proactive role in devising and optimizing our recruitment strategy and you coordinate our entire recruitment. With your efforts, you help us realize the ambitions of SPECTO Aerospace. In addition, you can be involved in other HR projects. You work from our office in Lelystad and sometimes from our location in Hoogerheide (Woensdrecht Air Base). Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and execute the entire recruitment process, from vacancy text to onboarding

  • Advise and collaborate with the HR manager, management, colleagues, hiring managers and external suppliers (such as employment and secondment agencies)

  • Maintain our "werkenbij" website, presence on social media and devise and execute recruitment campaigns and internal referral programs, including using narrow-casting

  • Present SPECTO Aerospace at information meetings, job fairs, events of educational institutions (mbo's and hbo's) to attract young talent

  • Keep an eye on developments within recruitment and HR and translate these into concrete improvements or advice

What do you bring?

  • You have a higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level, supplemented with relevant education and training

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Business Partner / Corporate Recruiter and at least 3 years of demonstrable successful experience in commercial employment mediation (such as temporary employment and secondment agencies)

  • A strong affinity with technology and experience with corporate recruitment at technical companies and you have experience with modern recruitment tools and in working with partners (temporary employment, secondment and W&S agencies); experience with aviation technology is a plus

  • Strong in stakeholder management, a good sparring partner for the HR manager and advisor for the MT, an eye for trends and developments within recruitment and HR, an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written

  • Self-starting, independent, connecting, driven and energetic, with the willingness to go the extra mile

  • Available for 24 - 28 hours per week and in possession of a driving license B (own transport is a plus)
