Our production team consists of various departments, logistics, composite, paint shop, balancing and engineering, which must fit together well. This requires realistic planning in which quality is paramount. It is your job to realize this and ensure that parts run through the production process as efficiently as possible.

This is what you will do as Operations Manager:

• You are operationally responsible for our location, work closely with the Managing Director and are a member of the MT
• You are responsible for an efficient production process and the highest quality standards
• You coach and guide your team and coordinate the daily activities. In case of disruptions, you are the point of contact and together with your team you ensure an adequate solution
• You initiate and execute improvement, change and optimization processes
• You ensure a clean and orderly workspace and work according to the Part-145 certification, applicable regulations and standards
• You communicate with OEMs and customers about technical solutions and ensure realistic planning

Here you recognize yourself in:

• You have a demonstrable Bachelor work and thinking level and have completed a training in Technical Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the aviation maintenance sector
• You have technical insight, problem-solving skills, knowledge of operations management, maintenance processes and project management skills
• Communication and leadership qualities are essential, as well as experience with managing safety protocols and budgeting
• You are confident, have strong communication skills, are stress-resistant, take responsibility and are good at setting priorities
• In addition to the Dutch language, you also have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written, and you have a Dutch or EU passport
