At SPECTO Services, a certified aerospace engineering company located at the air force base in Woensdrecht, we repair high-quality composite parts for the international aviation and defense industry. What do we expect from you?

In this position, you are involved from A to Z in the process of surface preparation, masking and completely re-spraying or touching up our repaired parts. You will get started in our well-equipped workshops and you will work according to the guidelines and materials determined by a manufacturer. You ensure that every part looks tiptop again. You work in a team where a lot of English is spoken and the work instructions are also in English.

As a Painter/Sprayer you can count on:

• A salary that makes you happy: between € 2,600 and € 3,700 per month

• A travel allowance for all kilometers and a pension scheme in accordance with the Metalektro CAO, because we take care of you, now and in the future

• 8% holiday allowance and 44 days off

What do you bring with you?

• At least an Secondary vocational education level in the direction of painting technology or equivalent and experience as a Painter/Sprayer, preferably within Aerospace

• Professional knowledge of paint and its application, ability to work accurately and experience with spray equipment

• You are available 36 to 40 hours per week

• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written

• You are a team player, disciplined, have an eye for detail & finishing and you work safely.

• Driving license B and you have a Dutch or EU-union passport
